We aim to take this initially developed local concept to a global scale in order to give the right amount of exposure to our personnel located overseas.

Our production training revolves around 120 total hours of training that is preceded by three steps: the attraction of talent, the mastering of prerequisite skills and the transition within Primat Curtis facilities to make it as smooth as possible for a new resource to feel welcomed and valued within the organization.
