We take great pride in developing and recruiting resources that would like to be part of our growing reality: For our Italian companies, we’ve partnered with a HR Partner, Randstad, to begin the process of an academy in order to place, promote and relocate personnel within our corporate and production side. We aim to take this initially developed local concept to a global scale in order to give the right amount of exposure to our personnel located overseas.

La nostra formazione sulla produzione si caratterizza in 120 ore totali di formazione, precedute da tre fasi: l'attrazione dei talenti, la padronanza delle competenze preliminari e la transizione all'interno delle strutture di Primat Curtis, per far sì che una nuova risorsa si senta accolta e valorizzata all'interno dell'organizzazione nel modo più agevole possibile.
